Promotional Product Sales Representative - Entry Level

As a TAYLORD Sales Rep, you will be responsible for establishing contact with existing clients, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads for new client sales to small businesses.

Taylord Marketing & Management, LLC is a Fort Worth-based company who offers tailored promotional products to companies in the DFW area and beyond. We are looking for a part-time experienced Promotional Product Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level candidate looking to gain experience in sales, promotions, and marketing! We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is eager to join us and help spread our name among major retail locations across the DFW area! 



This position will require networking, cold calling, and canvassing to develop new customer accounts along with following up of existing accounts. Travel to onsite retail locations may be required.his position will manage and maintain accounts and document status changes and follow up in Company’s CRM software. 


  • The ability to provide outstanding customer service.

  • Strong communication, and time management skills

  • Proficiency with Google Workplace (formally G Suite)

  • Must be a reliable, self-motivated, energetic, and outgoing individual who enjoys working for a company that tailors experiences to each client.

Responsibility Breakdown: 50% Quoting & Quote follow up, 30% Proactive Selling, 20% Monitoring Orders through Production 


  • Manage lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads

  • Contact potential and existing customers to qualify leads 

  • Offer, quote, and close prospective customer sales using knowledge of company products and services

  • Research and attain subject knowledge on products 

  • Build and maintain customer relationships

  • Prepare reports of business transactions

  • Develop creative product presentation material, product updates, specials, and flyers 

  • Analyze, manage and track in-process orders.

  • Act as a central point of contact for customers and operations 

  • Managing resolutions with prompt issue identification and implementing solutions

  • Effectively manage multiple projects and assignments through to completion
